[Logic] Multiple Icom Rigs and CT-17 Level Converter

Try changing the CI-V baud rate for one of the radios in both the software
and in the menu of the radio. I'm using 2 PRO II and was able to get them to
not track using this method. I'm also using 2 CI-V interfaces but I don't
think you'll have to do that.
