[Logic] Multiple Icom Rigs and CT-17 Level Converter

Hi Group,

I now have two Icom rigs interfaced to LOGic through a single Icom CT-17
Level Converter.  Problem is that the frequency display in LOGic will not
track either Icom radio in real time UNLESS I have CI-V Transceive enabled
on both radios (of course, with CI-V enabled, the radios track each other as
they should and display in real time in LOGic), BUT, I'm not using them as a
separate radios in "transceive" mode, just two independent radios.

Is there a bug in the Icom driver for LOGic that prevents the frequency from
tracking in real time (knob spinning) unless CI-V transceive is enabled on
the radio(s)??

RIgs are IC-756Pro II and IC-746Pro, LOGic is v6.0.617.
