The ARRL released a 1.02 version of the beta software.  This seems to cure
the "signature" problems I was running into.
One problems remains, the signature program "chokes" on the ADF header.  I
use NOTEPAD to delete the header lines (up to <eoh>) and all runs smoothly.
A few callsigns still are rejected by the ARRL software, but this is a minor
issue at this point.
The process is very fast and I hope they proceed quickly with the final
phase.
