[Logic] Reports

I understand that.  I can do a filter in the log, I
can see the results of the filter, in the filter which
I created in the fields box and SubAward, in the
prograss I see the States work for my ISSB OM Awards,
but when I Run a report I get every single OM, Plus
the 10 or so YL OM's, the report does not work!

I am not getting Mad Art, but I been working enough
with Logic sence 5.0 to have a Idea that this is a
bug, how the report is getting the info on what I am
doing, the filter does work, or how it sends the info
to the report.

To give you anougther problem, I created a field to
track State Cap, the State Capitals and the State "FL"
is appearing in the State menu.  No kiding.  :-((((
