[Logic] Re: ARRL LOTW

Dear Carl:

With two minor problems, LOGic appears to 
work fine with LOTW.

The two known problems are 

1).  LOGIc sends USB and LSB instead of 
SSB.  I will fix this, but meanwhile fix it with 
Notepad.

2).  The select criterial that LOGic puts in 
the header makes LOTW croak.  This is 
their fault.  Meanwhile, just delete it with 
notepad.
