[Logic] Awards and How to modifid the REPORT!

I am trying to change a report so I can track my YL's and OM's fullfill.  Where the call is in the report I added this, 
tag_val("member:", userfields, "C")='yl member' I get error messages and a blank screen. :-(  .    I would like to make this report do OM's F, as well RW.  OBone only you can help me.
