I would, being in Canada and all... However, I would also get credit for
VE by working any fellow Canadian.

The first one is easy... It's the next 99 that are a bit more of a
challenge...

Interesting, Mel ... my recent submission of my QSL's sent to the DXCC 
desk came back without ol' USA listed.  Did you actually get credit for 
a DXCC entity by sending in a QSL from, say, Arkansas ???
