[Logic] Managing Log Forms

This indeed changes the display names for the forms in the "Log" choice
under forms.  I guess it just is a strange way to present itself. Maybe to
make it more clear,  there then should also be a "Contest Log" choice on
that menu.

As for the Manage Log Forms it is also strange that you can do no 'managing'
there...
