[Logic] Managing Log Forms

Hi Terry,

As far as I can tell, when you select Forms|Log it brings up a list of
"non-contest" logforms. Unlike Reports which can now be grouped into
QSLing, Contesting, Favorites, etc., Log Forms are either "contest" or
"non-contest."  To change from one to the other just open up any form
and go to Log|Setup|Contest Setup and either check or un-check the
"Contest Mode On" box.

In essense, all forms show up under Forms|All Log Forms and only the
few non-contest forms show up under Log|Forms.  The Manage Log Forms
box is just a handy way to bring up all the log forms.
