Assuming you are accessing the FTP site by using your browser, get to the
directory and file you desire, then COPY/PASTE the file from the FTP site to
wherever you want it on your system (I usually copy to my desktop, then
later move from there). Then sit back and let the transfer complete and you
will find the file on your system just as if you'd copied/pasted from within
your own syste,
