[Logic] Changing the Time

As a relatively new Logic user who is pretty pleased with its functionality,
I was stunned to read your email and realize that this function was not
implemented somehow!

What about issuing a reminder notification that daylight savings time has
occurred and to consider changing the UTC offset in the setup information?
The reminder could be turned on/off in setup so those that everyone's needs
could be addressed.

A notice that gives the user the option to reply to before any time changes
are implemented wouldn't interfere with the logging of a QSO in progress
and should be easy enough to code. Sort of like some programs remind you to
'save' your file every so often. Logic6 certainly has plenty of
asynchronous tasks running (spotting, call lookup, info, etc) and this could
just be another one of those. Or, at the very least, it could be a check
made only during startup of the program. From a technical standpoint, this
seems to be pretty standard stuff in many programs so I suspect it shouldn't
require a rocket scientist to make it happen.
