I am also running dual monitor... I think with the same card!!
I am not sure about ham programs, in fact..I have noticed the multiple
windows in my ham program can not be 'slid' off of the main program and on
to the other window. However....my email and web program come up on whatever
monitor I left them on when I shut off. Try that with yours....leave exporer
and/or your email program on the second monitor, and see if they come back
the same way.
