Can't help you with the rest of the stuff but 
http://oh2aq.kolumbus.com/dxs/ is the DX Summit website devoted to 
spots.  Lots of stuff there.  Take a look.

Thanks for turning me on to Goldwave in one of your posts a while back. 
 It has solved a number of problems for me.
