Pardon me but my return rate is fantastic, so it's hard for me to understand
why others have such difficulty.

I received a prompt return card (plain green stock with plain black
printing) from Hiroo in exchange for my-print-my own card which I mailed
direct including a pre-addressed return envelope and two IRCs.  I mailed to:
P.O.Box 2659
Vientiane
Laos

FYI - Hiroo sent a new 150k Laotian stamp along with his reply as I had
included excess postage.  I doubt very much I helped pay for any airline
tickets.

ps - my entity count is now 295 as I just worked YA5T on 15m and then again
on 17m - - accomplished with my surplus pileup adrenaline (grin!).  One more
print-my-own card to send out!
