[Logic] County list question. Attribute of ALWAYS on TOP for certain windows question

There should already be a built-in list under Tools|Setup|List of
Valid Values (look for entries with Field Name "CNTY").  Unhide a
userfield on your logform and change it to a drop-down list for US
Counties (email me if you need more info on how to do this).

I don't think you can stop it form being always on top.  I agree that
it should be optional and function like the other LOGic windows
(whereby if you right-click you can customize it's font, colors and if
it's always on top).
