These files maintain themselves automatically--they remember the last 20 or so 
selections.

They could be edited with FoxPro or tools/advanced/database commands

I found the files for TelNet in the main Logic folder. There really are 2 
files 
telnet_menu.CDX and
TELNET_MENU.DBF

I am not sure how to alter these files, but will try to find out.
