[Logic] Managing Log Forms

Hello

I have a question about managing log forms. In the FORMS, LOG, SELECT LOG
FORM window there are four choices shown.  Default, Main, Userfields and
WQ7A.  These open normally when chosen. I also have two forms set as
defaults to open, WQ7A and MARAC and these open upon program start up.

How do we really "manage" the choices in this window. The Manage Log Form
Files really doesn't seem to allow any choices.  What I would like to do is
be able to add and delete forms to the FORMS, LOG, SELECT LOG FORM window.
