Yes I have the exact setup except I am running a PRO II but using the the 
same 5C hex address as the PRO. Everything works great. Problem I had in the 
begining was similar to your issue and turned out to be the diagram 
incorrectly stated how to connect to the 1/4inch plug in the rigblaster plus 
manual. I suggest you change/reverse your tip and ring solder connections 
and that should fix the problem. Now if it was working prior to this for cw 
keying and all you did was a software upgrade to logic 6 or something then 
more information would be helpful.
