We ran into the same problem as last year. The normal date, time and location for Salvation Army bell ringing (HyVee) pre-2008 is again booked.  

I was able to broker Farm King on Friday, December 18th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.  This appears to be the best of any available, indoor options that I had to choose from.
