[LeArc] .06 Repeater Reception Reports

With the new repeater antenna official operational as of yesterday afternoon, we have put the word out on adjacent repeaters and/or club reflectors that we would like to hear both base station and mobile signal reports.

I'm asking everyone to keep an extra ear on the repeater and answer any distant stations that check in and give a signal report.  Please pass those along, as we most certainly have a dead spot somewhere, likely to the WSW.


Mobile stations received thus far - Eureka, Peoria area (3), West Point and St. Paul, IA, Dallas City, IL, Burlington, IA (2), Bushnell area, Beardstown and Pleasant Plains, IL (1).  Keep in mind that some of the very furthest stations in the Peoria area were being helped by a slight band opening.  Reciprocal reception reports were all very positive.

Base stations received thus far - Champaign, IL, Griggsville, IL, Quincy, IL (S-5 on a beam??), Peoria area (2)

We need to identify the "dead spot" so that the antenna dipole array can possibly be fine tuned, if necessary, at a later date.
