   Jo Daviess...McDonough...Mercer...Putnam...Rock Island...
   Stephenson...Warren and Whiteside. In Iowa...Benton...
   Buchanan...Cedar...Clinton...Delaware...Des Moines...Dubuque...
   Henry IA...Iowa...Jackson...Jefferson...Johnson...Jones...
   Keokuk...Lee...Linn...Louisa...Muscatine...Scott...Van Buren
   and Washington. In northeast Missouri...Clark and Scotland.

* From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday morning

* thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall will move
   across the area tonight. In areas where flooding occurred
   today...roughly along a line from Cedar Rapids Iowa to Macomb
   Illinois...the flash flood threat will be especially high...
   though flash flooding is possible anywhere in the watch area.
