McDonough County in west central Illinois...
this includes the city of Macomb...
* until 115 am CDT Saturday
* at 105 PM CDT...Road closures continue in Hancock and McDonough
counties. Small creeks and streams...particularly ones that flow
into the la moine river...will continue to rise through the day as
runoff from earlier rainfall moves downstream.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or has been reported.
Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected.
However...all interested parties should take necessary precautions
immediately.
Excessive runoff from the earlier rainfall will cause flooding of
flood-prone and low lying areas. Move immediately from these areas
to higher ground.
