It has been brought to my attention that a new repeater has been coordinated for use in the Dallas City, IL area.  This repeater appears to have excellent coverage and has been buzzing lately.  From conversations this morning with area hams, the repeater is apparently on the bluff overlooking the river at an elevation of 200-300 feet.

The repeater information from the IRA is listed below:

Trustee Call/Repeater Callsign: KC9JIC

145.330 MHz ( - offset with a 203.5 PL tone)
