The technician class amateur radio exam class begins on Wednesday,
February 28th at 7:00 p.m. at the American Red Cross building on Maple
Avenue in Macomb.  Please get the word out so that we have a good turnout.
 Remind participants to bring $20.00 to cover the cost of study materials.

The Macomb Lions club would like us to present a short program on amateur
radio as a hobby/community service.  Would anyone like to attend and help
me present?  You do get a free meal and a free Lions Club pen!  Please let
me know ASAP, since the meeting is this Thursday, 03/01.

The NWS basic spotter training program will be held on Monday, March 5th
at the American Legion in Macomb.  Classes are free and open to the
public.  The class will begin at 6:30 p.m.
