[LeArc] update list of people for access to Lincoln Hall

My office needs an updated list of people that can check out the key for
Lincoln Hall to access the 444 MHz repeater. The one we have in our books is
several years old with people who are no longer in the area on it. It does
not need to be a club roster, just people who are likely to need the key to
work on the repeater. A letter with the club letterhead and signed by the
president should be sufficient and can be sent to me. I will make sure it
gets in the right place. Please bring this up at the next club meeting.
