[LeArc] Amateur Balloon launch near Kansas City, MO

APRS DOS  full version allowed you to see the altitude graphically by
changing from the traditional map centered on the balloon, with just a
press of the Y key (for Y-Axis), and maybe a couple of page ups to get to
100K Ft. scale as the balloon ascends.

Don't know if the current versions still have that, have been running 
APRSX76.exe, the maximum station and analyzer version, but will check 
APRS876.exe next time a balloon goes up. Program is available from
www.tapr.org
