[LeArc] Intruder on 147.040 MHz in Macomb.

I would appriciate help in identifing an intruder signal we have in Macomb on 147.040.  I believe I have located where it is coming from.  But, would appriciate others listening to see if they can hear the signal also.  It is only on the air occasionally as it appears to be one of those illegal high power wireless telephone interface devices.  (That makes it clear what I'm talking about.  Or does it?)  It appears to be in use at a business on the west side of Macomb.  I can hear it at my house full scale even though I believe it is coming from almost two miles away.  I can also hear it on my portable around the house.
