The following message asking for ham operators to be dispatched to disaster
recovery sites in the hurricane areas has been issued by SATERN (Salvation Army
Team Emergency Radio Network). Hams who can supply and operate a HF, VHF,

Currently we are looking for operators in and around the Gulf Coast area,

Contact information: phone numbers to reach you before and during deployment.
Emergency contact phone number.
How long can you be deployed?
     a. How long can you be away
     b. Do you have specific dates you can not be here or need to return by.
How long will it take to get here if we do not fly you in?
This will be a rough deployment, need to be in good shape and healthy.

We must complete a Personnel Request Form prior to your deployment!
