Now
severe weather continuing across the area... areas most at
threat for severe weather through 1 am include southeast Iowa
mainly south of Highway 34...extreme northeast Missouri...and
eventually west central Illinois.  Severe thunderstorms also
will continue in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area...and these
will move northeast affecting Tipton...Anamosa and Dubuque.
Isolated severe storms are also possible in extreme northwest
Illinois north of the Savanna area. The main threats with these
storms are winds up to 70 mph...very heavy rain producing
near zero visibilities...and possibly a tornado.
