Now
thunderstorms developing over the area... thunderstorms are
becoming widespread over extreme southeast Iowa and are
developing northeastward from around Muscatine to near the Quad
Cities to the Morrison area.  At this time...the strongest storms
are expected to remain along the Iowa-Missouri-Illinois border
area where severe weather remains a serious threat.
