Now
  Isolated showers and thunderstorms are developing across the
area. One cell currently is located near Viola... another is
near Carthage... and another is just southwest of Tioga.  All
of these cells are moving toward the northeast.  Though the
storms are currently weak... they are entering an unstable
environment and may develop quickly into strong thunderstorms with
gusty winds and heavy downpours.
