[LeArc] Qasi Skywarn Net was on Monday 3/1

While the net was nothing official, we were under a Severe 
Thunderstorm Watch on Monday from around 11:30-3pm or so.

I came up around 12:30 till 3pm, and read the text of the watch every 
30-45 mins or so, fortunantly it was all north of us.

Also we had the State Tornado Drill Tues at 10am ran by Tony, KB9NAB.
I think 9 checked in.
