[LeArc] LEARC Web Page

A while back I asked for a volunteer to receive the entry to guestbook
messages from the LEARC web page that is still linked to my email. I never
received a response from anyone and the last time I looked at the web page
it did not looked like there had been any updates to it for several months.
Since the page is registered with QSL.NET under my name/call, I feel like it
is necessary to delete the web page from the site unless someone comes
forward and wants to take it over. I will wait a week and see if I get a
response, otherwise this version of the web page will be history. 

Anyone else who wants to sponsor a club web page can easily get it set up
with QSL.NET so this might be the best solution to get it off of my hands.
