[LeArc] The antenna test

Well... after doing some solder work to make the connections look a little
neater... it is time to put the "slinky antenna" to the test.  I am going to
attempt to work the North American Sprint this evening... time to start...
19 minutes.

At the completion, I will post my estimated score, to let you know how it
works... I will also post my logs on my website, if anyone is interested.
