[LeArc] IRLP repeater linking.

Talked with Rich a couple nights ago about putting a linked radio in the
radar room.  He was unsure about it because of the renovations being
done to Memorial Hall.  He suggested that perhaps we would be better
trying to house the radio at the site the radio stations are moving to.
He thought you might know who to approach and inquire about this.

I was also wondering if there is an internet connection in the penthouse
on top of Lincoln?  If not, could we have one installed?  And how much
would it cost us?  Housing the unit there might be more secure than in a
building full of people.

At Lincoln Hall, we would not need an external antenna.  Over the bluff
at the old Hy-Vee we might need to mount an antenna outside.  At Lincoln
Hall we might be able to directly connect to the 440 repeater if we want
to.  That is an option we would not have at the old Hy-Vee.
