[LeArc] Loss of weather messages

Hi all.

Sorry there was no significant weather outlook this morning.   The
University did testing of the generator in Memorial hall Friday night.   We
were told that this would not interfere with any operations.  (plus all
computers are on a UPS that will run for 20 minutes)  This afternoon after
returning from Quincy, I found that ALL computers had rebooted.  Since they
are networked, the computers need someone to to finish the boot up and start
the REALEMWIN software (as well as the radar and FTP software).

I guess we are always learning.
