A Falcon 9 rocket is tentatively scheduled for launch tomorrow (Tuesday, July 22) from Vandenberg SFB, Calif. The vehicle is slated to lift off from south base at 11:13 a.m. Pacific Time and carry the TRACERS (Tandem Reconnection and Cusp Electrodynamics Reconnaissance Satellites) mission into orbit.

Weather permitting, the event could be visible to the unaided eye as far away as 100 statute miles.
