[Launch Alert]

A Falcon 9 rocket is scheduled for tonight (December 13-14) from Vandenberg SFB, Calif. The vehicle is slated to lift off from south base during a 9:20 p.m. to 4:54 a.m. PST launch window and carry several Starlink satellites into orbit. Several minutes after launch the first stage will attempt to land on a drone ship positioned down range.

Weather permitting, the launch could be visible to the unaided eye over a wide area.
