This evening's Falcon 9 launch from Vandenberg SFB, Calif. has been delayed to Thursday evening (September 12) at 6:45 p.m. PDT.

The new launch time is well before sunset on the West Coast and will result in greatly reduced launch visibility. However, observers much farther east may be treated to an example of the Twilight Effect.
