The following is an announcement from SpaceX:

"On Sunday, August 4 at 12:24 a.m. PT, Falcon 9 launched 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

This was the sixth flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched USSF-62 and now five Starlink missions."
