Tonight's planned Falcon 9 launch from Vandenberg SFB has been rescheduled for Saturday night (OCT 28) to Sunday morning (OCT 29) during an 11:26 p.m. - 3:21 a.m. PDT (OCT 29 06:26-10:21 UTC) launch window.

Rather than being able to launch at any time during the launch window, SpaceX will probably only be able to launch during a few short opportunities within the window.
