This morning's (April 27) planned launch of a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg SFB, Calif. appears to be on schedule. The vehicle is slated to lift off from south base at 6:40 a.m. PDT and head south as it carries 46 Starlink satellites into orbit. Weather permitting, the early portion of the launch could be visible to the unaided eye for 100 miles.
