This morning's Falcon 9 launch from Vandenberg SFB was halted at about T-20 seconds. The halt was due to the high probability of a first stage landing failure on the drone recovery ship.

The following is an announcement from SpaceX:

"SpaceX is targeting Thursday, April 27 at 6:40 a.m. PT (13:40 UTC) for a Falcon 9 launch of 46 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California."
