This morning's Delta II rocket launch from Vandenberg AFB was cancelled due to upper level winds. Liftoff is tentatively set for Friday, January 30 during a three-minute launch window that starts at 06:20 PST. Since this is a dawn launch, it could be visible over a wide area.

Please note that I am unable to provide individual responses to questions regarding launches. I often get e-mails that ask questions such as:

   Where should I go to see the launch?

   Will the launch be visible from <location>?

   Is there a video feed of the launch?

   How can I listen to the countdown?

   I've been looking for several minutes. Where's the rocket?
