[Laser] 850nm NIR Illuminator and Fresnel

  Here's what the IR illuminator does with a cheap ~12" Fresnel.  The 
NIR images were taken with an unmodified Nikon 950 so the target 
exposure is long (1Sec); lots of bad pixels visible in this 10-year-old 
camera.
