well... it was cloudy here last night! Grrrr. I couldn't
see a thing, no hint at all of even a fuzzy patch where the
moon was. The past week they've been forecasting partly
cloudy skies but i was hoping they were wrong. 
So... rather than wait almost three years for the next
eclipse, we should try this strobe deal again with some
favorable moon phases. Maybe the S/N would be better then
anyway. In the meantime i'll draw up and post a schematic
of the strobe transmitter on my website for anyone curious
about it.
