  This syncronicity business is interesting.  Synchronous relative to
 what point in space?  Colorado USA, source of WWV?  Given that light
 travels 833 km in 1/360 sec, it would not be suncronous from a different
 viewpoint. 
   
  This would not be a problem if all power were geographically
 concentrated and not spread over distances over 1000 km.
