[Laser] SD3084 photodiode

Hi Yves and all folks,

I mean, that BPW34 is only for start of 
experience with optical QSO (or ham etalon :-) ).
Good PIN photodiodes is strating price about 20USD and up.
for example: C30807 good ratio price/quality
Small active area have better ratio signal noise

I mean, thats one of way is APD!!!
Anybody have any experience, here?
I have APD from Eg&g C30902E
