many thanks for all.

We are use own trans-impedance op-amp design in our opto rx. The 
noise is probably thermal noise of photodiode semiconductor layer.
Me and Rado's receiver is identical, but I have greater feedback resistor.
I must accoplish comparasion measurements and other test's for rather 
information.
I prepare pages about our devices.
