[Laser] opt-101 available

No, I'm not selling them, but I ran across an auction on ebay that might 
interest some.

A seller there is selling OPT-101 photodiode-amp assemblies, similar to the 
opt-301, except that they do not have the metal can shield like the 301 has.

They're on ebay, 2 dollars each (actually 5 for $10).
